Kentucky proposes lead wheel weight ban

House Bill 448 has been introduced in the state of Kentucky, which would eliminate the installation of lead wheel weights within the state. The bill would become effective on January 1, 2013, if passed this session.

EPA honors Clark County for going lead-free

Clark County, Nev., home of Las Vegas, received an award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for eliminating the use of lead wheel weights from its automotive fleet.

SEMA Show, aftermath: a new Perfect logo

Perfect Equipment Inc. officially unveiled a new corporate logo and tagline at the 2011 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, Nev. In business since 1939, the company also announced the addition of the new P-value lineup of steel clip-on wheel weights.
