Mitas plant is on schedule, says Charvát

Mitas Tires North America Inc. is only a few months away from producing farm tires in Charles City, Iowa. The man behind it almost guarantees it.

Mitas prepares to open ag plant in Iowa

Mitas Tires North America Inc. has cured the first test tire at its new Charles City, Iowa, facility. It will soon begin serial production of radial agricultural tires, according to Tomas Nemec, chairman Mitas' parent company, CGS Holding (CGS a.s.).
