CTNA wins OE fitment with Freightliner

Continental brand medium truck tires will be standard original equipment on all Freightliner Business Class M2 medium-duty trucks thanks to a new agreement between Continental Tire North America Inc. (CTNA) and Freightliner Trucks.

In addition, CTNA's line-up of commercial truck tires will be optional on other Daimler Trucks North America LLC brands, including Western Star trucks and Thomas Built buses.

"Continental's heavy steer tires complement our proven engineering for the Business Class M2 trucks," says Melissa Clausen, Freightliner's director of marketing.
