CMA unveils government net pricing program

China Manufacturers Alliance LLC (CMA) has unveiled its Double Coin Government Fleet Net Pricing Program, which enables federal, state and local government entities to buy Double Coin brand OTR and medium truck tires at net pricing through CMA's network of dealers.

"Many of our products have been purchased by school bus fleets, government vehicles and other municipalities for some some time through our local dealer network," says Walt Weller, Double Coin vice president.

In addition, the program will open up new sales channels and opportunities for dealers, according to CMA officials. "By having both truck tires and OTR tires in the program, dealers like us have many options when pursuing a sales opportunity to a government entity," says Kory Grossman, vice president of Bismarck, N.D.-based Northwest Tire Inc.
