Snider completes Consolidated Tires acquisition

Greensboro, N.C.-based Snider Tire Inc. has completed its purchase of Consolidated Tires Inc., a leading truck tire dealership in South Carolina. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

"The transition to Snider Tire is underway, with no interruption in business or service to customers anticipated," say Snider officials.

The deal includes commercial/retail tire locations in Greenville, Spartanburg, Columbia and Harleyville, S.C., plus a retread shop in Pelzer, S.C., giving Snider Tire nine total locations in South Carolina.
