Cooper to release first quarter financials

The Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. will announce its first quarter 2010 financial results before the market opens on Wednesday, May 5.

Company management will discuss the financial results in a conference call beginning at 11 a.m. E.D.T. on the same day.

Interested partiies can access a Webcast of the conference call at the company's investor relations Web page at www.coopertire.com or http://phx.corporate-ir.net/playerlink.zhtml?c=99422&s=wm&e=3012869.

Replay of the conference call will be available at the Web addresses through Monday, May 10.
