Tire Group International opens Peru facility

As part of its strategy to expand in Latin America and the Caribbean, Tire Group International (TGI) has opened a new sales office in Lima, Peru, to headed by 35-year tire industry veteran Fredy Montoya Soriano.

“TGI has been successful in implementing its in-country marketing strategy in countries throughout Latin American and the Caribbean,” says Orlando Delgado, Tire Group International’s senior vice president of business development. “With Fredy’s extensive tire industry experiences and TGI’s broad product and category portfolio, we fully expect our presence to grow in the Peruvian market.”

TGI currently maintains a strong presence in South Florida as a large independent tire wholesaler, and the company plans to continue expanding worldwide.
