Fear not, the Defender is here

Michelin North America introduced its latest all-season standard passenger car tire at the 2012 North American International Auto Show on Jan. 9. The Defender, which is backed by a 90,000-mile limited tread wear warranty, will replace the Michelin brand HydroEdge and Harmony lines. Appeals court removes antidumping duties on OTR tires -- at least for now

For three years, the antidumping duties imposed on OTR tire imports from China have been a sore spot with many -- but not all -- U.S. tire manufacturers and marketers.
