Hankook Tire America Corp. has announced the availability of its new Smart Work AM15 on-/off-road wide-base/all-position TBR tire for construction fleet customers. The Smart Work AM15 is available in two sizes; 385/65R22.5 and 425/65R22.5.

The Smart Work AM15 was designed to offer fleet customers strength, traction and long life with features that include a tread pattern design that offers enhanced traction performance and fuel efficiency.

An optimized carcass structure offers a good ride and strong handling, and an improved bead profile provides superior retreadability and a stabilized footprint to reduce irregular wear, notes Hankook.

“With the economy rebounding, availability of the new Smart Work AM15 comes at a perfect time for fleets,” says Brian Sheehey, Hankook Tire America Corp. director of commercial tire sales.

“Activity in the construction industry continues to improve, leading to an increased fleet demand for on- and off-road wide-base patterns. Hankook is ready to provide exactly what these customers need with a product they can depend on to get the job done.”

Hankook currently offers 20 truck tire models providing coverage for all truck and bus tire service applications and is available at commercial tire dealer locations.
