Alliance Tire Americas Inc. has promoted Seth Walters to vice president of operations, a newly created position in which he will be responsible for the company’s entire supply chain as well as for customer service and sales support.
Walters, an 18-year veteran of the tire industry, has been with Alliance for three years, most recently as vice president of marketing and supply chain.
According to Alliance President Manny Cicero, the creation of the new vice president of operations position reflects the company’s commitment to constantly improving its responsiveness to customer needs and delivering outstanding performance and satisfaction at every point of customer contact.
“Seth has an in-depth knowledge of our products and processes, and will be strategically and tactically involved in refining the entire sales cycle, from order entry to order fulfillment,” says Cicero.
Walters will continue to operate from Alliance Tire Americas’ headquarters in Wakefield, Mass.
