As VP of Corporate Development, Barry Gant will focus on global growth for Tech International.

Tech International, a global manufacturer and distributor of tire repair, wheel service and rubber products, has appointed Barry Gant vice president of Corporate Development.

With 17 years of experience in corporate finance, and expertise in mergers and acquisitions, Tech International says Gant will lead global growth strategy in this newly-developed position.

“Barry’s background in financial analysis and risk management will be essential as we pursue new ventures and opportunities for growth,” said Dan Layne, president of Tech International.

Gant previously served as Chief Financial Officer for Carolina Energy Solutions and Vice President for Royal Bank of Canada’s Investment Banking Group.
