Andreoli enhances HITS BPOS software

Andreoli & Associates (A&A) announced a new functionality to its cloud-based HITS BPOS software at the 2014 Tire Pros Dealer Meeting in Las Vegas Feb. 4-5.

Enhancements include:

  • ATD Importer: a new module that builds a dealer’s new point-of-sale inventory master file in seconds using a spreadsheet of ATD SKUs, such as past sales;
  • MPI Extract Enhanced: the MPI extract routine has been enhanced to pull data nightly and is hands-free.

In addition, A&A says it conducted live demonstrations of its leading-edge capabilities including:

  • Voice Recognition for Customer Repair Orders: dictate important service instructions during customer interactions and have them saved right to the repair order as comments; enhances customer confidence;
  • CarSide: a sunlight-readable, handwriting-recognizable rugged tablet that displays service history and prior service recommendations; dealers can perform repair order write-ups while greeting the customer.
