The webinar is presented by Moving Targets, a marketing firm specializing in targeted neighborhood promotions.

TIA says the webinar will cover how to create engaging posts on Facebook, how to get customers talking on Twitter, how to run contests on Instagram, how to monitor and respond to reviews on Yelp and more.

Participants will learn the basics on how to use Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ and Yelp to promote a store.

The webinar will be led by the social media team at Moving Targets. TIA says the company handles social media for hundreds of businesses, including tire dealers and automotive repair shops.

“Whether dealers want to be involved in social media or not, the reality is, they need to be. If they aren’t part of the online conversation, they are missing out on an opportunity to engage their customers,” says TIA Executive Vice President Roy Littlefield.
