Cooper declares 168th consecutive dividend

Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. announced a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock, payable March 28, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business March 5, 2014.

This will mark the 168th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Cooper.
