Gallagher Tire adds to specialty tire sales team

Gallagher Tire Inc. reports it has hired Peter Row as a specialty tire expert.

Row comes to Gallagher from Titan Tire where he served nearly six years as a territory manager overseeing all aspects of sales, marketing and distribution of Titan and Goodyear ag products across 10 U.S. states and five Canadian provinces.

Other recent additions to Gallagher Tire’s sales team include Michael Picozzi as vice president of sales and marketing; Chris Klotz as director of business development; and Nicholas Tufo as marketing and sales specialist.

“Gallagher Tire has a great reputation for service and knowledge of the specialty market,” says J.P. Gallagher, president of Gallagher Tire. “The recent additions to our sales team will continue to set us apart from other companies that handle these niche tires. Our goal to be the number one specialty tire wholesaler can only be achieved with a great team.”

With an average tenure of well over a decade, the other members of Gallagher Tire’s sales force include Dave Reeser, vice president of operations; Shelly Anderson, new business development/sales; John Bean, sales/business development; Vaughn Magazzu, sales/business development; Jeff Schofield, government sales/Web sales;  and Brian Thomas, sales/business development. 

Gallagher Tire is a wholesale distributor of specialty tires and related products. It was founded in 1968 and has distribution centers in Levittown, Pa.; Harrisburg, Pa.; and Liverpool, N.Y., along with an office in Charlotte, N.C. It stocks Titan, Carlisle, Solideal, Galaxy, Alliance, Deestone, CropMax, Gladiator and Prometer tire brands; tubes from Nexen and Carlisle, truck/trailer/skid steer wheels, and more.

    want to know where to purchase TITAN tire and tubes for my tractor. I need a tube size 25x8.5x14 and had no luck in finding one.

Toyo Tire & Rubber Co. Ltd. reported a net loss of 12.3 billion yen on net sales of 381.6 billion yen for its fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2016. That compares to net income of 1.6 billion yen on net sales of 407.8 billion yen for fiscal 2015.
