Cooper will release 4Q results on March 14

Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. will announce fourth-quarter and full-year fiscal 2013 financial results before the market opens on Friday, March 14, 2014.

Management will discuss the financial results on a conference call beginning at 11 a.m. EDT that same day. Individuals may access a live webcast of the conference call at the company's investor relations website. Within two hours following the conference call, the webcast will be archived and available for 30 days at the same website.
