Learn how to respond to online reviews at webinar

The Tire Industry Association (TIA) is hosting a free webinar on how to benefit from online customer reviews. “Online Reviews: Damage Control for Tire Dealers” will be held Wed., April 2, at 2 p.m. EST.

TIA says the webinar will discuss how to benefit from online reviews.  Participants will learn how to:

* set up pages on Yelp, Google+ Local and Citysearch;

* manage business’ listings;

* reply to positive and negative reviews; and

* minimize the impact of negative reviews.

The webinar is presented by Moving Targets, a marketing firm specializing in targeted neighborhood promotions.

"Every tire dealer has to deal with online reviews, and knowing how to benefit from them and respond to them should be a priority for every business owner,” says Roy LIttlefield, TIA executive vice president.
