BKT prepares to promote Monster Jam

BKT has selected a marketing firm to raise awareness of its Monster Jam sponsorship.

Balkrishna Industries Ltd. (BKT) has selected Red Moon Marketing, a Charlotte, N.C.-based marketing and communication agency to manage and coordinate all promotional activities related to BKT’s role as exclusive tire manufacturer of Monster Jam.

BKT says as many as 350 motoring shows every year with an average of four million spectators will engage BKT and Red Moon Marketing all over the world. Red Moon Marketing has more than twelve years’ experience in the marketing, communication and organization of major events for global brands such as Coca-Cola and Jack Daniel’s.

Red Moon Marketing will serve as the central point of coordination between Feld Motor Sports, promoter of Monster Jam, and BKT handling all initiatives connected to the Monster Jam competitions, from managing public relations to organizing the events and sponsorship activities outside the arenas.

“This new partnership will certainly increase BKT’s brand awareness in North America,” says Carl Casalbore, president of BKT Tires USA, Inc.

“Monster Jam is a central project for BKT aiming at increasing brand awareness through a sport able to captivate and thrill millions of Americans - and not only Americans. We want to appeal to people, and Monster Jam is actually the perfect entertainment channel to communicate the value of the BKT brand and the quality of our products.”

BKT is an India-based manufacturer offering tires designed for vehicles in the agricultural, industrial, earthmoving, ATV and gardening sector. The company says it has designed and developed a purpose-built tire, the BKT Monster Jam Tire which will soon outfit all Monster Jam trucks.
