Posted on March 31, 2014

The board of directors for Pirelli & Cie SpA has yet to release the company's 2013 financial results. The directors were scheduled to meet on March 27, 2014, to examine the annual financial and consolidated statements.

However, the board did propose the following dividends, in euros, to its shareholders:

Share type              Dividend 2013  Dividend 2012

Ordinary shares:     .32 euros            .32 euros

Savings shares:      .39 euros            .39 euros

Based on the exchange rate with the United States dollar on March 27, 2014, the dividends per share were 44 cents and 54 cents, respectively.

If the shareholders approve the proposal, the dividends will be paid June 19, 2014.
