TIA webinar is on engaging customers online

The Tire Industry Association (TIA) will host a webinar on how to connect with customers through social media posts and visuals. “How Online Engagement Can Help Grow Your Business” will be held Tuesday, April 29, 2014, at 2 p.m. (EDT).

The webinar will be presented by Net Driven, a provider of websites and Internet marketing solutions for independent automotive businesses.

Ross McArthur, director of sales & business development - North America at Net Driven, will discuss how to determine the right channels for online engagement.

“This is an excellent opportunity for tire dealers to learn more about how their customers are interacting online and how to participate in the conversation,” says TIA Executive Vice President Roy Littlefield.

New Jersey Assembly Helps Define Unsafe Used Tires

The New Jersey Assembly has left no doubt as to its view on unsafe used tires. By a vote of 72-0 on Nov. 21, it unanimously passed legislation to prohibit the sale of unsafe used tires that pose a risk to New Jersey motorists and the public.
