TRIB sends out answers to FAQs

The Tire Retread & Repair Information Bureau, also known as TRIB, emails out answers to frequently asked questions every Tuesday. Here is one of today's question-and-answer exchanges:

Q: Is there a federal regulation requiring trucks to use new tires when hauling toxic waste?

A: No. There are no federal regulations that require new tires to be used on any truck.
