Register for the 21st NYTDA Golf Classic

The New York Tire Dealers Association (NYTDA) will host its 21st annual NYTDA Golf Classic on Thursday, Aug. 14, 2014, at the Stonebridge Country Club in Smithtown, N.Y.

The association will honor Pirelli's Riccardo Cichi and Bridgestone's Harry Savarino for their many years of service to the tire industry.

Cichi joined Pirelli 25 years ago as a customer service representative. He was named senior vice president of Pirelli Tire LLC and Pirelli Tire Inc. in North America three years ago. Savarino is operations manager at Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations LLC.

The event breaks down as follows:

* registration and lunch, 11 a.m.

* tee off, 1 p.m.

* cocktails and dinner, 6 p.m.

There will be prizes for the longest drive, closest to the pin, low gross, low net and "most honest golfer."
