Jack Williams Tire Co. Inc. has opened its 29th location in Mountain Top, Pa.

“We’ve had Mountain Top in our plans for several years now, so we’re happy the day has finally arrived,” says Jack Williams Tire Chairman and CEO Bill Williams.

The Mountain Top store features a modern look with a kid-friendly spacious waiting area, free Wi-Fi, an Internet bar and free shuttle service, says the company.

Local Mountain Top resident and 37-year company veteran John McGroarty will join the additional 14 technicians and associates at this newest location.

The Mountain Top store will include a complete inventory of name brand tires and custom wheels. The service area includes the latest state-of-the-art equipment such as Hunter Engineering’s Road Force wheel balancers, tire changers and alignment machines. Services will include state inspections, brake work, wheel alignments, oil changes and more.

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To mark the official grand opening, Jack Williams Tire made a $500 donation to the Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors fund.

With this store addition, the company ranks 39th on the Modern Tire Dealer 100 Top Independent Tire Dealers in the U.S.

Bill Williams was Modern Tire Dealer's Tire Dealer of the Year in 2006.
