TIA: Learn what happens after customers call you

The Tire Industry Association (TIA) will present a free webinar on how to improve tire sales based on an analysis of millions of telephone calls. “Tire Industry: 46% of Your Callers Buy From Someone Else AFTER They Call You…and Other New Research” will be held Wed., July 23, 2014, at 2 p.m. EDT.

The webinar is presented in partnership with LogMyCalls, a call tracking and analytics service offered by ContactPoint LLC. Missed opportunities for revenue and a sales skill to improve conversion rates are among topics to be discussed.

TIA says the webinar will unveil new research compiled by the LogMyCalls that analyzed millions of call segments in the tire industry during the first quarter of 2014. LogMyCalls extracted data about caller lead score, conversation rate, missed opportunities, sales skills and even caller agitation.

The webinar is free and open to TIA members and prospective members.
