Goodyear declares 11th straight dividend

Directors of Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. have declared a quarterly dividend of 6 cents per share of common stock. The dividend is payable Sept. 2, 2014, to shareholders of record on Aug. 1, 2014.

The payout represents an annual rate of 24 cents per share.

This is Goodyear’s 11th consecutive quarterly dividend.
