Plaza Tire Service's Kennett, Mo., location is now re- opened at its original site following a fire in February.

Plaza Tire Service announced that construction of its new location in Kennett, Mo., is complete and the store is open for business at its original site, 420 Independence Ave.

Plaza Tire Service’s original facility was built in 2002, and a fire destroyed the building in February 2014. Demolition and construction of a new facility began shortly after the fire while the company continued operating at a temporary site a few blocks down the same street.

Plaza Tire says it has served the Kennett community for 12 years and maintained that commitment through the recent disaster. All Kennett Plaza Tire Service employees remained employed through the reconstruction process to avoid any interruption in customer service.

Plaza Tire Service says it appreciates Kennett’s business while operating at its temporary location and looks forward to continuing its business relationships at its new facility.

Plaza Tire is tired for number 16 on the 2014 MTD 100 list of top independent tire dealers in the U.S.

I've always received excellent service from John and the guys at Plaza Tire. From oil changes to getting a new set of tires and aligning them, they are an excellent automotive repair shop.
