Maxxis Victra R19 Rally now available online

Posted on August 20, 2014

Maxxis International announced that as of Aug. 11, 2014, the Maxxis Victra R19 Rally tire is available for purchase in the Maxxis eStore. Designed for the demands of rally racing, the Victra R19 lets drivers take on even the roughest gravel stages, notes Maxxis.

Rock-deflecting shoulder blocks and a reinforced sidewall design maximize sidewall puncture resistance, while the composite shoulder belt design improves resistance to impacts and punctures in the tread area. The Victra R19 can also be grooved to adapt to individual rally conditions.

Maxxis says that before its introduction to the general public, the Victra R19 earned its stripes as a racing tire. Competing in the 2WD Rally America National Championships, Team Honda Research has ridden the Victra R19 to repeated B-Spec class victories this season.

The Victra R19 is available in three sizes -- 185/65R15, 195/65R15 and 205/65R15.
