Bosch Fuel Pumps Now Come With a Limited Warranty

Posted on October 6, 2016

Robert Bosch LLC now offers a limited lifetime warranty for Bosch North America fuel pumps. Effective Oct. 1, 2016, all Bosch fuel pump part numbers active in the North America catalog will be covered by the warranty.

“Today’s fuel pumps can be made up of well over 50 different components. Because of this increase in complexity, replacing a fuel pump can cost as much as five times what it did just ten years ago,” says Carey Banks, senior product manager for Bosch Automotive Aftermarket NA. “This is why our customers now, more than ever, need reliable replacement fuel pumps backed by a warranty that aligns with a commitment to providing high, OE-quality fuel pumps to the aftermarket."

Compared to conventional pumps, Bosch says its fuel pumps deliver 30% higher efficiency and the precise fuel supply required for a partial or full load, saving fuel and reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
