Andreoli Picks Its First General Manager

Posted on January 10, 2017

Russ Carter, former general manager of Griffin Brothers Auto Centers LLC, has joined Andreoli & Associates Inc. He will serve as general manager and take on the duties previously handled by the software company's president Mike Andreoli.

Carter spent 15 years managing the 10-location Griffin Brothers Tires, Wheels & Auto Repair in North Carolina, and before that worked for former tire wholesaler Target Tire Inc., and Firestone Complete Auto Care.

Mike Andreoli says, “We specifically wanted this new position to be filled by someone from the industry we serve. Russ' vast industry experience in both retail and wholesale gives us an unprecedented perspective of our clients' needs going forward. His proven track record in operations will also better enable us to manage the growth opportunities we see ahead as the software industry consolidates.”

The new position will enable president Andreoli to focus on product development and long term business strategies, the company says.

Mike Andreoli says, “The hallmark of successful independent dealers is that they consistently provide personal relationship-based customer service. Our goal is to provide the data automation tools our clients need to support that 'personal service' competitive advantage approach that larger chain operations find challenging to emulate.”

Carter says, “This is a great opportunity to broaden my career experience with one of the most respected software companies in the industry. That they specifically wanted this new position to be filled by someone from the tire and auto service industry speaks to their long-standing commitment to customer focused service to independent dealers.”
