Giti Increasing Tire Prices on April 1

Posted on February 15, 2017

Giti Tire (USA) Ltd. will increase prices on GT Radial brand tires in the U.S. and Canada, effective April 1, 2017.

The company says it will raise prices by up to 9% on passenger, light truck and truck tires.

The increase "was made necessary by escalating costs in raw materials, as well as rising energy and transportation costs associated with the production and distribution of tires," Giti says.
