PitStop's 318 Stores Join Point S Germany

Posted on January 30, 2018 GmbH, a chain of 318 tire and auto service stores in Germany, has joined Point S Germany. The merger gives Point S 870 retail locations throughout Germany.

Stefan Kulas, owner and CEO of PitStop, says, "In a market context showing fast consolidation in the German and European distribution, our membership to the Point S network makes good business sense."

Alfred Wolff, CEO of Point S Germany, says, "We are very pleased to welcome PitStop as a member of our network as we see many synergies between PitStop and Point S, relying on the complementary expertise of each company in tire and car maintenance services. We will put in place these synergies to generate new benefits for our retail and fleet customers."

The global network of Point S spans 33 countries and includes 3,600 locations.
