Carlstar Group LLC has released an ITP-branded Coyote tire for high horsepower UTV (utility terrain) and SxS (side-by-side) vehicles.

The 32-inch, 8-ply rated radial tire is compliant with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) testing standards and made in the USA.

"The Coyote tire is the latest product innovation from ITP's engineering experts and comes packed with the technology, construction and performance features the brand is known for," says Rhett Turpin, director of ITP sales.

"The Coyote tire has not only been tested and approved by top professional racers in the field but will also be featured on the recently released Polaris 'RZR XP Turbo S' vehicle, further proving that ITP leads the way when it comes to exceeding the needs of everyday riders to professional racers."

The company says the Coyote tire has unique staggered shoulder lugs and a corner shoulder design that produces unmatched traction on hard-pack, gravel and sandy terrain. It also boasts an attractive sidewall formulated for improved puncture protection and side bite. With an optimal footprint for more even pressure distribution, the Coyote tire delivers predictable lateral stability, improved surgical steering response and impressive roll-over protection.

During the product development stages, ITP sought the expertise of #TeamITP racers Jason and Derek Murray. The Murray Brothers joined forces with the ITP crew to put the Coyote tire to the test in real-life applications.

"After a couple rounds of performance testing of the Coyote tire, we found the tire to be much stiffer and better for heavier vehicles," says Jason Murray. "The cornering is good and more predictable. This is what the industry is looking for and ITP is certainly in the right direction."

The Coyote tire size is 32x10.00R15NHS with an MSRP of $226. As the next generation performance tire, the Coyote tire is a head-spinner for outdoor enthusiasts looking to conquer desert terrain.

ITP products are developed utilizing an experienced staff of engineers, designers and technicians at tire facilities in Clinton, Tenn., and Jackson, Tenn. ITP tires are distributed across the United States and in more than 25 countries worldwide.

The Carlstar Group is headquartered in Franklin, Tenn., and is a global manufacturer of original equipment and aftermarket specialty tires and wheels for the agriculture, construction, outdoor power equipment, powersports, high-speed trailer and flat free/manual markets. Carlstar products are offered under several brands including Carlisle tires and wheels, ITP tires and wheels, as well as Cragar, Black Rock and Unique wheels and Marastar flat free and manual tires.
