Continental sets fiscal records; sales up 7.3%

Continental AG, the German parent company of Continental Tire the Americas LLC, reported net income of more than 1.8 billion euros on net sales of 32.7 billion euros for its fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2012. Both are records.

Continental supports safe teen driving program

Marangoni ends Americas ContiTread production

In a joint statement issued by Continental Tire the Americas LLC and Marangoni Tread N.A. Inc., Continental AG and Marangoni S.p.A. have ended their current agreement as it relates to the use of the ContiTread mark in the Americas.

Continental tire prices in Canada will be raised

Continental raises commercial tire prices 8%

Continental AG has announced that prices for its commercial vehicle tires will rise 6-8% in Europe, depending on region and product, on Aug. 1, 2011. The price increase applies to all brands and the whole commercial vehicle tire product range.
