Get on board! TIA accepts nominations

Nominations are now being accepted for the Tire Industry Association (TIA) 2013-2014 board of directors.

TIA board directors serve for three-year terms and may be re-elected to serve two additional, three-year terms.

“We invite you to nominate qualified and motivated leaders who are willing to be considered for election to the TIA board,” says TIA Executive Vice President Roy Littlefield. “Serving on the TIA board is a great way to give back to the industry. Our board members play a critical role in helping TIA strengthen the industry.”

Any TIA member in good standing or an official representative of an industry association may recommend candidates to the nominating committee in accordance with the TIA bylaws. Self-nominations are also welcome.

All nominations should be submitted by completing and returning the TIA board of director’s nomination form to the TIA office in Bowie, Md. Nominations must be received no later than 5 p.m. (EDT) on May 1, 2013, to be considered.
