Yokohama Tire Corporation has made some key changes to its Consumer Sales Division. The moves -- including the addition of a new sales zone and several organizational changes -- were designed to strategically service Yokohama dealers, according to Dan King, senior vice president of sales and marketing.

“The geographical reorganization offers the best utilization of our resources and moves us closer to our dealers in order to better support them,” he says.

Yokohama, which previously had three geographical sales zones added the Central Zone, and named Kevin Rogers Central Zone manager. Rogers, a 12-year Yokohama veteran, was promoted from account manager.

Other organizational changes include a newly-configured South and Eastern Zones, which will be led by existing zone Managers Mike Mock and Bryant Rankin, respectively. The Western Zone remains unchanged and will be managed by Matt Burrows.
