Falken expands P.E.A.K. dealer training site

Falken Tire Corp. announced that as part of its continued efforts to increase dealer productivity and sales, the high performance tire brand has relaunched its training website P.E.A.K. Training for direct and associate Falken dealers.

The site includes product information designed to aid sales representatives when communicating with consumers, and headlining the revitalized website is the introduction of Falken’s Ziex ZE950 All-Season tire which offers 95 sizes. 

P.E.A.K. Training, Falken’s internal acronym for its Performance, Education, Achievement, Knowledge guidance program, has a strong history of helping dealers with extensive product information they can utilize in order to better inform tire customers, the company says.

The website originally encompassed four core modules -- Light Truck and SUV, Passenger Car, Tire Basics and Falken Branding -- which offered incentives to dealers who review all material within each module. A new module, earmarked specifically for the addition of the Ziex ZE950 A/S line, provides a list of the tire’s features and benefits, including data on its Dynamic Range Technology (DRT).

“P.E.A.K. provides our dealer partners with a thorough overview of critical market information on the Falken brand as well as our tire lineup for specific markets and customer needs,” says Andrew Hoit, Falken’s vice president of Marketing.

“It is important to update our information and research on a regular basis, and we chose now to reintroduce our training website to coincide with the important launch of our all-season Ziex ZE950.

“We believe our direct and associate dealers will utilize this website as another important tool in helping them successfully sell the new ZE950 as well as all our extensive product line.”
