Stellar has two new customer service techs
Frank Marshall (above) and Nick Anderson (below) are the new Stellar customer service technicians.
Hydraulic truck-mounted equipment manufacturer Stellar Industries Inc. announces the addition of Frank Marshall and Nick Anderson as customer service representatives in the Stellar customer service department.
Marshall previously worked in customer service and purchasing for a manufacturer in the tire service industry for over four years. He comes to Stellar with experience in the markets it serves, as well as having knowledge of customer service, technical assistance, customer orders, purchasing, and product development. Stellar manufactures and all the different maintenance procedures and parts that go with each of them.
Anderson previously worked for an agricultural manufacturer in where he was head of customer service and sales. He brings experience in troubleshooting, sales, inventory and shipping. He enjoys the troubleshooting aspect of his new position at Stellar.
“Having both Nick and Frank join the team at about the same time has been beneficial,” says Dave Schwichtenberg, customer service manager.
“Having them both train across all the Stellar lines at the same time allows them to assist each other with the learning process. As they continue to hone their knowledge and skill sets, the customer service support that Stellar offers will continue to improve on its current track record of excellence.”
