Zhongce Rubber Group Co. Ltd. (ZC Rubber) discussed plans to emphasize service at its 2016 dealer meeting in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in September.
Vice President Ge Guorong told dealers that ZC Rubber expects to explore new business models in its wholesale and retail channels as well as the internet.
On the retail side, the focus will shift from “buy-sell” to “service” with the goal to provide more service, including tire replacement, tire repair, maintenance, tire recycling, and alignment service.
“Internet technology not only has deeply affected people's daily life, but also become an inspiration of business model innovation for our company. ZC Rubber will explore more business opportunity relying on the internet by building data server and on- and offline service,” Ge Guorong said. The company says it has developed an on the online store in China.
According to Ge Guorong, the company’s output reaches more than 7 million truck, bus and radial (TBR) tires and more than 14 million radial passenger and light truck (PCR and LTR) tires in the first half of 2016, accounting for 17.57% and 13.21% respectively in the China tire industry.
ZC Rubber is based in mainland China.
