The Tire Industry Association (TIA) has named LeAnn Harley as its director of marketing and communications.
She will lead strategic communications initiatives in the areas of membership outreach, public relations, event and program awareness, social media engagement, and will focus on TIA’s overall online presence.
Harley brings more than 10 years of marketing and communications experience to TIA, in both the non-profit and for-profit industries. She has developed communications strategies including online campaigns to increase membership and engagement, public relations outreach that's secured media coverage, and marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness.
“I am excited to join the Tire Industry Association, especially with its great reputation of making safety and education a main concern for all,” says Harley. “I look forward to working with the team while developing creative messaging to increase awareness and involvement.”
She received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing at Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, N.C.
