Camso Inc. will implement a price increase by an average of 8% for all of its material handling and construction products on April 1, 2017.

The company cites rising costs of raw materials for the price increase, which will affect all aftermarket customers globally, but will vary depending on product line and regions.

“Raw material prices have increased significantly and additional increases are expected,” says Derek Bradeen, Camso’s global director of brand and communications. “Faced with this reality, we’re compelled to reflect this in the pricing of our products.”

Camso designs, manufactures, and distributes off-road tires, wheels, rubber tracks and undercarriage systems for the material handling, construction, agricultural and powersports industries. It employs more than 7,500 employees and operates research and development centers and manufacturing plants in North and South America, Europe and Asia.

Camso supplies its products to original equipment manufacturers (OEM) under the names Camso and Solideal and distributes its products in the replacement market through its global distribution network.
