Bridgestone debuted the Vortech track line at ConExpo.

Bridgestone Corp. has unveiled a new line of rubber tracks designed for compact track loaders.

The Vortech rubber tracks feature a responsive track design and H-shape tread pattern which Bridgestone says offers both workability and a smooth driving experience.

The Vortech rubber tracks system is an answer for the customers who want better driver efficiency and workability in compact track loader applications. By optimizing the internal structure and tread pattern, Vortech lowers the bending resistance that occurs when rubber tracks rotate, enabling more fluid vehicle movement. Bridgestone says the tracks also reduce engine power loss during vehicle driving by 26%, contributing to improved driving efficiency and more fluid vehicle movement.

Bridgestone says Vortech tracks help improve driving performance in a variety of environments, including gravel and sediment.

Vortech rubber tracks feature a new H-shaped tread pattern to expand the edge portion of the tracks, which grips the ground and provides higher levels of traction for performance. The tread pattern provides for a smoother drive, and helps reduce operator fatigue resulting from vehicle vibration.

Bridgestone Vortech rubber tracks will be available in 450 mm-wide sizes. For more information visit, Bridgestoneindustrial.com/products/rubber-tracks.
