Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. is raising prices for a second time in 2017.

The company says it will increase prices by approximately 6% across all brands in the U.S. and Canada. The price increase is effective May 1, 2017.

"The adjustment relfects rising raw material costs and the strong value of the Goodyear brand," the company says.

Combined with Goodyear's first price increase, which went into effect Feb. 1, prices of the company's products have risen 14% this year.
