Simple Tire LLC is stepping up its support of the Wounded Warrior Family Support organization with a summer-long, nationwide tour. The 2017 High Five Tour features a mobility-equipped 2017 Ford F-250 Super Duty truck. It's equipped with several devices, such as a crane-like lift in the bed that lifts and lowers a wheelchair for the driver.
The truck, painted in a vibrant red, white and blue color scheme, is touring the U.S. for four months. At events visitors are invited to sign the vehicle with messages of encouragement for veterans. At each stop, attendees will be given Simple Tire coupons for 5% off all tires. Each tire sale will include a $5 donation to the Wounded Warriors Family Support charity.
At the end of the tour, the pickup will be given to a deserving veteran.
Col. John Folsom, founder and president of Wounded Warriors Family Support, says, “It’s great to have Simple Tire as an ongoing supporter of ours. I hope to see many people at our High Five tour stops take advantage of the 5% plus $5 offer SimpleTire is making. It’s truly a win, win, win.”
“The High Five tour is such a wonderful way to bring attention to military families and we’re happy to be a part of it," says Josh Chalofsky, Simple Tire’s COO.
