The annual Tire One Dealer Event by Tire's Warehouse Inc. (TWI) Nov. 1-2, 2017, in Las Vegas has one big goal: “We want to keep our customers engaged in the value of TWI,“ says Ken Hsu, vice president of marketing.
TWI will host its third dealer event at the Mirage Las Vegas Hotel and Casino the same week the industry converges on the city for the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show and Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX). The event is for TWI customers enrolled in its dealer marketing program, and includes a meeting and reception on Nov. 1 (the reception is sponsored by Hankook Tire America Corp.), followed by a banquet, tradeshow and blackjack-style tournament on Nov. 2.
Hsu says, "Special events like this compliment the already strong marketing programs that are designed to help enhance our customers’ businesses.”
The tradeshow will include displays from TWI’s major tire suppliers along with its Tire One program vendors. The blackjack-style tournament allows Tire One dealers to compete to win one of three prizes: $1,000, $3,000, or a fully customized 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sport courtesy of Falken Tire Corp. The Jeep boasts a 3” lift and is outfitted with a set of Falken Wildpeak AT3W 35” all-terrain tires. Multiple tuning partners also have donated parts and accessories to the build, which totals more than $40,000 in value including the vehicle.
TWI also is offering Tire One dealers chances to earn “bust cards” through various promotions during the third quarter. Bust cards give dealers an advantage to stay in the tournament and increase their odds of taking home one of the prizes.
