Jeff Barna, who joined Yokohama Tire Corp. (YTC) as its chief operating officer in January 2017, has been named the company's new president. His promotion is one of three top leadership changes for the tire company's North American marketing and manufacturing business.

He replaces Shinichi Takimoto, who has been named CEO of each of the company's business units in North America: YTC, Yokohama Tire Canada and Yokohama Tire Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V.
Hideto Katsuragawa was named chairman of YTC. Katsuragawa is a board member and senior managing corporate officer of Yokohama Rubber Co. Ltd., and remains CEO and president of Yokohama Corp. of North America, which oversees all Yokohama-related business in the continent.
