Bridgestone Retail Operations LLC (BSRO) is working to build customer trust by highlighting the expertise and passion of its technicians in a new advertising campaign.
The campaign includes television, radio and digital commercials, and features 13 Firestone Complete Auto Care technicians sharing their unscripted thoughts on the importance of putting a personal touch on their work, along with their commitment and pride in providing top-notch service.
Firestone's "Fixed Right, Priced Right, Right on Time 'Triple Promise'" is brought to life through each employee’s story.
“Our employees are our greatest asset,” says Jeffrey Lack, vice president of marketing and merchandising for BSRO. “Trust isn’t built in a vacuum. It is built through personal connections and a shared sense of community, a handshake or a conversation. By featuring real technicians, unscripted and passionate, we are showing drivers that we take caring for their vehicles as personally as they do.”
The campaign also includes in-store signage and recruitment materials.
