The focus of the redesigned B&J Rocket website was to make it more user friendly and include more products and technical information for customers all over the world.

"With a new menu structure, you can now easily find information on desired products or services," says the company, which announced the redesign in conjunction with the publication of its 2019 B&J Rocket Catalog.The catalog is available for download on the new website.

The company says the website is available in English, Spanish and German. B&J is also planning to make videos of application examples and "tips & tricks" available on its website "so that customers can always make the right choice for every application from the wide product range."

Marcos Guzman, president of B&J Rocket Sales AG, considers the company's online presence an indispensable part of its marketing activities.

"The website is an important touch point for our customers," he says. "This is where everything happens: information, communication, dialog."

Guzman adds that these factors have contributed to the company's high level of customer satisfaction.

B&J Rocket and its subsidiary, B&J Rocket America Inc. market innovative retreading tools and quality  products for the tire and rubber industries.
