Women in Auto Care, which is dedicated to the advancement, education and empowerment of women in the auto service industry, recently announced the recipient of its Automotive Communication Award.

National Tire Distributors’ (NTD) marketing team took top honors in two different segments: Print Ad Best Use of Graphic and Best Poster/Signage. Both pieces were for Envy brand wheels.

This is the second consecutive win for the organization. “We are really proud and honored to receive these awards for a second time,” says Kimberley West, NTD marketing manager.

“Capturing attention in today’s crazy, busy world is no easy task,” says Sarah Shelstrom, Women in Auto Care committee member. “The companies that submitted for this year’s Automotive Communication Awards by far have done the best job of utilizing new media, creative content and (the) ‘wow’ factor to capture that mind share.”
