Tech Tire Repair's new e-commerce portal gives tire dealers easy access to the company’s products.
“Reaching customers not currently served by a Tech distributor, the e-commerce site has the power to strengthen our distribution network by accessing untapped customer opportunities,” says Chris Intihar, the firm's general manager.
“It’s important for our distributors to know that the idea behind this site is to help generate new customers which they would be able to service. Most importantly, the goal is to get our world-class products into the hands of new customers who value Tech’s high-quality products. It is a tool meant to establish and enhance relationships.”
The e-commerce site, which soft-launched in October, allows customers to quickly order from a comprehensive lin-up of Tech’s tire and wheel products at the click of a button. New products will be added regularly.
The site offers clean navigation, according to Tech officials, “with products clearly delineated among categories such as tire repair materials, wheel and tire supplies, chemicals, and service tools and equipment. Items are linked to other commonly used products, as well as Tech’s comprehensive training library.”
