Maxam Tire North America Inc. has expanded its customer service team based in Danvers, Mass., to support its network of more than 1,800 dealers.
The company says the additional customer service professional will support the substantial increase in its dealer network, which now numbers more than 1,800. The company attributed the growth of the dealer network to its major investment and growth in specialty segments such as mining and forestry tire products.
“The decision to expand our customer service team in Boston was a logical step into our business growth strategy. Boston is filled with diverse talent and with the Maxam Global Dealer Servicing Network growing over 1,800 strong, we need a dedicated group of people to help us stay true to our mission of being a valuable business solutions provider,” says Troy Kline, president of MAXAM Tire North America.
The company says the new customer service representatives will provide knowledgeable assistance on account-related matters, ensure a proficient ordering process, and continue to grow established key relationships.
